Hours: 30 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £12.60
As a Support Worker, you will contribute to changing people's lives by helping the individuals you support to live the lives they want, ensuring they have choice and control over their support planning and delivery.
You will enable them to reach their potential by providing both physical and emotional support, encouraging positive relationships, and fostering their inclusion as valued members of their community.
You will support three gentlemen with learning difficulties, one of whom is non-verbal.
Challenging behaviour may be involved. Previous experience with adults with challenging behaviour is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Drivers are preferred but not mandatory.
30 hours per week with shifts including:
Sleepover shifts are essential. An enhanced Adult PVG check will be required for this role.
