Job summary

Key is recruiting a Support Worker to provide person-centred support to adults with a variety of needs across Scotland. You will work locally as part of a friendly team, empowering people to live as independently as possible with dignity and well-being.

The role includes evenings, weekends, sleepovers and waking nights where required. Full-time and part-time contracts are available, with attractive benefits and a strong emphasis on staff support and development.

Support Worker - Up to 35 hours

Applicants must be prepared to work flexibly as part of the team to meet the needs of the people who use our service. Supports will include work in the evenings and weekends as well as sleepovers and waking nights when required.

A commitment to a person-centred approach is essential and experience of working with people with learning disabilities is desirable.
