Job summary

National Care Group is hiring a dedicated Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs live fulfilling lives with dignity and independence.

You will provide personal care, assist with daily tasks, and help plan activities that promote confidence and growth. Training and ongoing development are provided to thrive in this role.
