Job summary

Real Life Options Group is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for Falkirk and surrounding areas. Drivers are required to support clients in their own homes. The role offers a pay rate of £13.45 per hour plus 30p per mile, with permanent contracted hours and paid induction.

You will join a local team that values consistent shifts and a supportive office structure. Full training is provided, and previous care experience is welcomed but not essential.
