Graduate Teaching Assistant

Area: Northampton
Salary: 95-120 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours of work: Full Time or Part Time
Start date: September 2025

Monarch Education is recruiting graduates or current university students for Teaching Assistant and Learning Mentor roles in schools within the Kettering area. Experience in schools is not necessary; a willingness to learn and take on new challenges is essential.

Applicants should have experience working with young people in roles such as Sports Coach, Dance Teacher, Scout/Guide Leader, etc. We seek individuals eager to transfer their skills into a Teaching Assistant or Academic Coach role. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for those considering a career in teaching and could be the first step in your education career.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience working with young people
  • Strong team player with excellent organization and interpersonal skills
