Choice Care Group is seeking a Support Worker in the East Midlands to join one of its residential homes. The role involves personal care, medication administration, and participating in daily activities and outings, with full training provided.

All Support Workers at this service must already have or commit to undertaking a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care qualification.

Where will you work?

This is one of three residential homes provided by Quality Care, our sister company in the East Midlands that supports individuals with high support needs including challenging behaviours. Quality Care is an established specialist care provider with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality support in family-style settings. Derwent View supports 19 adults in one property that is divided into 3 separate self-contained homes and is located in the Derwent area of the City of Derby, in a principally residential area.
