Job summary

All Care is hiring a Care Assistant to provide person-centred support for older adults across the East Grinstead area. You will help with daily activities, meals, light chores and companionship to enhance independence in familiar surroundings.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided, with shifts across mornings and evenings and alternate weekends. A valid UK driving licence with a vehicle is preferred to cover local visits.

• Drivers with a Full UK licence, your own vehicle and business insurance

Care Assistant

Location: Across Horsham, Crawley, East Grinstead, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill and Bognor. Salary: £13.45 per hour. Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.

About the Role
