Job summary

All Care Services seeks a Care Assistant to provide person-centred care for older adults in East Grinstead and surrounding communities. You will assist with daily living, personal care, meal prep, light chores, and friendly companionship to help clients maintain independence at home.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training and induction are provided. Permanent contracts with guaranteed hours offer predictable shifts in a small local area, plus benefits and supportive teamwork.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.
• Travel requirements: drivers with a full UK licence, own vehicle and business insurance.
• Ability to cover AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.

Job description

Location: Across Horsham, Crawley, East Grinstead, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill and Bognor.

Salary: £13.45 per hour.Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.
