A leading aged care service provider is seeking experienced Care Aides to deliver in-home care. Roles are casual with flexible hours, supporting clients in maintaining their independence. The ideal candidate must possess a Certificate III in Aged Care and have at least 3-6 months relevant experience.

We are currently looking for experienced and passionate Care Aides to join our Aged Care Team in Northam/Toodyay and surrounding areas also required. We have casual roles available. Our busiest period of care delivery is between Monday- Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm. If you are available for some, or all of this time period then we would love to hear from you!

Key ResponsibilitiesOur Care Aides deliver exceptional care and support to our clients, enhancing and encouraging participation in their own care to maintain their independence, where possible. Responsibilities include a range of personal care tasks incl. showering, grooming, toileting etc. and other support such as medication assistance, meal preparation, domestic assistance/general housekeeping tasks and social support in the community. Care Aides will follow a predetermined schedule, travelling from home to home, therefore having unrestricted access to a vehicle and the ability to follow a digital schedule and care plan autonomously, via a mobile app, will be essential.
