Ceredigion County Council Direct Payment Support Service is seeking a part-time support worker to assist a 52-year-old gentleman, who is fully wheelchair dependent, at home with parents. The role includes helping him access the local community, shopping, days out and activities to foster an active lifestyle.

Full training will be provided by the family and team, with ongoing guidance. Some personal care may be required as part of daily support, ensuring safety and wellbeing.

The role involves enabling the gentleman to access the local community, including shopping, days out and any other activities that help him to enjoy an active and enjoyable lifestyle.
