Thera Trust is seeking a dedicated support worker to assist adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. You will work with a supportive, person-centred approach to help individuals achieve their personal goals and improve daily living skills.
This role involves assisting with home life, planning leisure activities, and travel in community settings, with daytime, evenings or waking night shifts as needed. Training is provided, and DBS checks are required.
