We are looking for caring people to join our CAREGivers team at our Coventry South Office. We offer support to our clients in several ways, including companionship, personal care, cooking a meal, support with shopping, or simply sharing a cup of tea and reminiscing about life.

You do not need experience, as we offer a comprehensive training and support package. We will match you to a client based on your hobbies and interests.

We will introduce you to your client during the first meeting.

We offer competitive rates of pay from £13.00 to £14.00 at weekends, with double pay for Bank Holidays.

Additional benefits include mileage reimbursement and pension contributions. We also offer flexible working hours.

Qualifications

No formal experience or qualifications are required to become a support worker. However, experience in a care setting or working with older people is beneficial. This could include personal experience caring for a family member or voluntary work. A passion for supporting others, reliability, trustworthiness, respectfulness, and the ability to build professional friendships are essential. You should be comfortable spending time in the company of others.
