Job summary

SeeMeHired in Coventry is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people develop and sustain daily living skills and to identify their individual needs. You will build relationships with service users, colleagues and the local community, promoting rights and informed choices for those with learning disabilities.

The role involves participating in care plans and encouraging independence while maintaining high ethical standards and dignity.

Qualifications

• Care Certificate or equivalent qualification required.
• Experience in caring or working with vulnerable adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with developing and maintaining daily living skills.
• Identify and meet the needs of the people we care for.
• Develop and maintain relationships with people, teams and the local community.
• Encourage choices in line with the rights of people with a learning disability.
