Job summary

Resilience Personnel Ltd is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents with mobility, daily living tasks, and safe moving and handling.

You will monitor wellbeing, assist with eating and medication where trained, keep accurate records, promote independence, and work with staff and families to ensure a safe, respectful environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with mobility and safe moving & handling procedures.
• Support residents with eating and drinking where required.
• Administer medication (if trained and authorised).
• Monitor and record residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate care records
• Promote independence and encourage participation in social activities.
• Safeguard vulnerable adults and report any concerns immediately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and families
