Resilience Personnel Ltd is seeking a compassionate care assistant to support residents with mobility and daily living tasks. You will help with eating, hydration, medication (if trained), and monitor wellbeing, keeping accurate records and promoting independence.

The role requires teamwork with colleagues, healthcare professionals and families to ensure a safe, clean environment and safeguarding of vulnerable adults. Training will be provided where needed.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with mobility and safe moving & handling procedures.
• Support residents with eating and drinking where required.
• Administer medication (if trained and authorised).
• Monitor and record residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate care records
• Promote independence and encourage participation in social activities.
• Safeguard vulnerable adults and report any concerns immediately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and families
