Job summary

Resilience Personnel Ltd is seeking a care assistant to assist residents with mobility, daily living tasks and safe moving and handling. You will monitor wellbeing, support eating and drinking, maintain care records, promote independence, and collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to safeguard residents.

You will work to maintain a clean, safe environment and support social participation, contributing to a compassionate and respectful care setting.

Qualifications

• Assist residents with mobility and safe moving & handling procedures.
• Support residents with eating and drinking where required.
• Administer medication (if trained and authorised).
• Monitor and record residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate care records
• Promote independence and encourage participation in social activities.
• Safeguard vulnerable adults and report any concerns immediately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and families
