• Full UK Driving License and access to their own vehicle due to location of service

Typical shift patterns: 7/8am-2pm, 2pm-9pm, 8:45pm-7:15am and Sleep INS 9pm-6:30am

Candidates must hold a full UK driving license and have access to their own vehicle due to the rural location of this service.

We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in Chobham, supporting adults who have learning disabilities, autism, non-verbal communication and behaviors that challenge.

• Supporting our people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
• Supporting our people with social activities, and connecting with family and friends.
• Supporting the management of our people’s finances.
• Keeping our people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
• Providing, and encouraging, personal care.
