Job summary

HFH Healthcare is looking for compassionate, reliable, and experienced Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes. This is a rewarding role where you will help individuals maintain their independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

You will work as part of a dedicated care team, following personalised care plans and clinical guidance to ensure each client receives safe, consistent, and person-centred support.

This is not a domiciliary care role. You will support one client during your shift and will not travel between multiple homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support tailored to the client's individual needs
  • Assist with personal care, daily routines, mobility, and household tasks where required
  • Support clients to maintain their independence, dignity, and wellbeingMonitor changes in the client's condition and report concerns promptly
  • Follow care plans, risk assessments, and clinical guidance
  • Administer or support medication in line with training and agreed procedures
  • Maintain accurate care records and daily notes
  • Communicate effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and the wider care team
  • Promote a safe, respectful, and positive home environment
About You

We are looking for Support Workers who are:

  • Positive and confident working as part of a wider care team

Earnings

Many of our Support Workers work around 36 hours per week, with earnings dependent on hourly rate, shift pattern, and hours worked.

As a PAYE employee, you will benefit from secure employment, pension contributions, holiday pay, and protection from IR35 tax complications associated with self-employed arrangements.
