Phoenix Learning & Care Limited in Tiverton is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help children thrive in a stable, caring environment. You will support daily routines, activities, and education, ensuring their safety, health, and happiness while building trusting relationships.
This permanent role involves 2–3 days of work per week with 10 shifts a month, sleep-in opportunities, and full training. A driving licence is required to access activities in the community.

Working in either of our homes based around Tiverton, you’ll have the chance to build deep and meaningful connections with the children you support and your team. The children need support 24 hours a day, meaning you’ll be able to work your full week in 2-3 days, which is only 10 shifts per month! You’ll have the time to enjoy your own life giving you a great work life balance.
