Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our team in Clay Cross, Chesterfield. As a Support Worker, you'll help individuals with learning disabilities with daily activities and provide emotional support, building meaningful relationships.

We offer diverse shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays. All roles require an enhanced DBS check; 24 days of paid holiday (pro rata) and benefits such as discounts, health cash plans and interest-free loans are available to team members.

Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our incredible team in Clay cross, Chesterfield

Contract options:

All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!

There is also a sleep-in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £64.20
