The Role

As a Support Worker at our Cheltenham service, you will support both the team and individuals staying with us. Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as each day presents new challenges and opportunities.

You Might Be

• Helping individuals develop essential life skills such as cooking, shopping, and budgeting.
• Supporting community engagement and activities.
• Providing a listening ear as someone shares their story, possibly for the first time.

We seek someone with a can-do attitude, willingness to go the extra mile, and creativity. Computer literacy is important, as you will use our internal records system and other IT tools.
