Job summary

Square Logik LTD is seeking dedicated care professionals to provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their independence and dignity. You will assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support.

Join a team that builds positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues, maintains accurate records, supports social activities, and upholds safeguarding and health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings is desirable but not essential.
• Training is provided for new staff.
• 12-hour shift availability required (days and nights).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and daily living support.
• Assist with meal preparation, mobility, and orientation.
• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans and regulatory requirements.
• Encourage residents to participate in social and recreational activities.
• Guide and support residents to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
