Job summary

Bluebird Care Mid & West Cornwall is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker in Camborne to join a small, friendly team. The role offers hourly pay with a weekend uplift and sleep-in nights paid at the same rate.

You’ll receive paid shadow shifts until you’re confident, plus specialist training in PEG feeding and communication support. We provide a Blue Light Card, a staff referral bonus, and ongoing recognition and wellbeing support to our team.

We offer £13.46 per hour, rising to £13.66 at weekends, with sleep-in nights paid at the same hourly rate. You will have paid shadow shifts until you feel ready, specialist training in PEG feeding and communication support, a Blue Light Card, a staff referral bonus, staff recognition and wellbeing support.
