Job Details:

• We are looking for calm, patient, and hardworking individuals with a friendly disposition who are keen to join our team.
• You will be expected to provide care at a high standard to help residents and ensure their well-being.
• Experience is preferred but not essential; the ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard in a positive behavioral support setting is the primary factor.
• You should have the maturity to work within a positive behavior support framework, accept responsibility, handle stress, and grow in confidence as a skilled practitioner.
• You must follow guidelines and work positively within a supportive team ethos.
• Previous experience and relevant qualifications are preferred but not essential, as full training, including online e-learning, is available through our training academy.
• Flexibility is required to cover a mixture of days, nights, sleep-in shifts, and waking watches. We provide care 24/7, and we will try to accommodate your availability.

You will have the opportunity to be a Support Worker/Care Assistant, enabling you to plan with the person's support circle to promote happiness, health, and success in achieving their goals.
