Your Service
Grammar School House is a relaxed, welcoming bungalow set in a quiet village street in Essex. There’s a calm atmosphere in the home and neighbourhood, but there’s always plenty to do in the village, with local towns nearby for days out and fun activities. The people living here love to keep as active and fit as possible, with regular trips swimming, trampolining, and accessible day services to keep them moving.

We welcome applications from all backgrounds, and no experience is needed. You may be new to care, or already have experience in the social care sector or NHS (Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant). As long as you come with a person-centred approach, a caring nature, and you are able to demonstrate a commitment to working as part of a team to support disabled and autistic people – then we’re here to provide you with the training and knowledge needed to succeed.
