We are looking for kind, reliable and motivated Support Workers to join our friendly and supportive team.

As a Support Worker, you will support adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex support needs to live independent, fulfilling and meaningful lives.

No two days are the same. You could be supporting someone to develop a new life skill, helping them access the community, encouraging greater independence or simply being there to provide reassurance and support when they need it most.

The people we support are individuals with their own personalities, preferences, goals and needs. Your role is to provide person-centred support that enables each individual to make choices, develop their independence and enjoy the best possible quality of life.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex support needs
  • Providing person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs, preferences and goals
  • Promoting independence, dignity, choice and personal wellbeing
  • Supporting individuals with daily living tasks and personal care, where required
  • Encouraging and supporting people to access their local community and take part in activities they enjoy
  • Supporting individuals to develop life skills, confidence and independence
  • Following individual support plans, risk assessments and agreed approaches
  • Responding calmly, positively and safely when individuals may display behaviours of distress
  • Building positive, trusting relationships with the people we support
  • Working collaboratively as part of a supportive and dedicated team
Shift Patterns – Including Weekends

Flexibility is essential, with a mixture of day, night and weekend shifts available:

  • Day Shift: 07:30 – 21:30
  • Night Shift: 21:15 – 07:45
What We’re Looking For

You don't need previous experience in a support role. What matters most is your attitude, values and willingness to learn.

We're looking for people who are:

  • Kind, patient, positive and respectful
  • Good communicators who can listen and understand individual needs
  • Reliable, responsible and flexible
  • Calm and able to respond appropriately to challenging or unexpected situations
  • Comfortable working as part of a team
  • Passionate about supporting people to live fulfilling and meaningful lives
  • Willing to learn, develop and follow individual support plans and agreed approaches

Previous experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism or complex needs is desirable but not essential. We provide full training, ongoing guidance and support, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop their career as a Support Worker.

Why Join Us?
  • A welcoming and supportive team
  • Full training and ongoing development opportunities
  • A rewarding role where no two days are the same
  • The opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the people you support
  • The chance to help people develop their independence, confidence and quality of life

If you're someone who is kind, patient, reliable and passionate about supporting others, we'd love to hear from you.
