Job summary

VOYAGE CARE is seeking a Female Support Worker for our residential service in Enfield. We are looking for caring, compassionate, and hands-on individuals who want to make a positive difference in people’s lives by helping them build independence and life skills.

You’ll support with personal care, learning new life skills, accessing the local community, and taking part in social activities and hobbies. Each day brings variety and meaningful opportunities to empower those we support.

We are looking for caring, compassionate, and hands-on Female Support Workers who are passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives. As a Support Worker, you'll help individuals build independence, develop life skills, and achieve their personal goals while working as part of a supportive and dynamic team. Our residential service in Enfield is friendly, welcoming, and full of variety. No two days are ever the same. You will support people with activities such as:

• Personal care and daily living support
• Learning and developing new life skills
• Accessing the local community
• Social activities and hobbies
• Building confidence and independence

One day you may be supporting people on a trip to a local cafe, pub, or cinema, and the next you could be enjoying games, films, or other activities together at home. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine impact, helping people achieve goals that matter to them, whether that's preparing a meal independently, learning a new skill, or enjoying a holiday.

Key responsibilities

• Shift Patterns: Early, Late, and Long Day shifts. Weekend availability is essential.
