Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a Support Worker for our Supported Living Service, in Boston PE21.
Our Supported Living Service in Boston is home to a young female adult with Learning Disabilities. The young lady enjoys engaging in activities such as going to the gym, shopping, and cinema.
A full driving licence is required to support individuals with their daily activities.
The role may include manual handling, medication administration, personal care, food preparation, household tasks, supporting individuals to stay connected with family and friends, accessing the community, and attending appointments. We provide support for daily living skills and socialisation.
We recognise each person as an individual and provide a person-centred, tailored service to meet their needs. The role aims to promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering high standards of support.
Shifts are from 7am-10pm, including split shifts from 10pm-7am, and alternate weekends. The position is full-time.

Ideally, the successful candidate would have a qualification in health and social care (not essential) or experience working in supported living settings or with individuals with Learning Disabilities.
