Voyage Care in Bo'ness is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people gain independence and improve daily living skills. You’ll provide personal care, assist with community activities, and support a group of individuals in a welcoming, supportive team.
No prior experience is required, just a genuine caring attitude and a desire to learn and grow within a sector-leading organisation.
Support Worker – Bo'ness - £13.45 per hour
Typical Shifts are: 8am-8pm or 8pm - 7am
Week 1: Monday/Tuesday/Saturday/Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday/Thursday/Friday

Our supported living service Bo'ness is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.
This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.
