Job summary

Sense is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our Edgbaston service in Birmingham. This permanent role offers up to 37.5 hours per week and pay of £13 per hour. You will support individuals with learning disabilities in a 2:1 setting, helping with daily tasks and promoting wellbeing in a welcoming team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in daily living tasks (cooking, cleaning, personal care).
• Assist with finances, medication and wellbeing under care plans.
• Engage in activities to promote health, wellbeing and social engagement.
• Support community outings and social life.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure a safe, person-centred environment.

Here at Sense, we now have a great opportunity for a Support Worker to join our service in Edgbaston, Birmingham.

This is a permanent role, with contracts available for up to 37.5 hours per week paying £13/hr. You will join a fantastic team here at our home which CQC rated as Good, where you will be supporting individuals who have learning disabilities with a range of health conditions.

As a Support Worker, you will support the individuals in a 2:1 service where necessary and also take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing.
