Where will I be working?
You will be working in our service in Birchington where we support 8 individuals. We offer a 24-hour supported living facility providing support for adults with Learning Disabilities. We tailor our support to enable people to be as independent as possible.
Support Workers are linked to work with a specific person based on shared preferences and personalities, creating a bespoke core team of staff.
Days can include supporting people to meet with friends or family, accessing health professionals, housework, shopping, day trips, cooking, holidays, gym classes.
People supported here have a mixture of communication, mobility, and health needs. This environment is quiet but active. The location is accessible via local transport, close to the train station and bus routes, with the town nearby.
Shift Patterns
This is a 24-hour service, so flexibility is essential. You will work a range of shifts, including nights and some weekends.

Salary: £24,502 for 37 hours, £29,800 for 45 hours / £12.70 per hour
