Job summary

HRString is a well-established domiciliary care provider recruiting care support workers. You will perform health-care tasks, monitor vital signs and medications under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists, and support service users with daily living activities in their own homes.

Essential requirement: you must be a resident of the UK with a valid right to work. Previous care experience is welcome but training will be provided to help you deliver compassionate, high-quality

Responsibilities

• Perform health-care tasks, including monitoring vital signs and medications under supervision.
• Administer bedside and personal care, including ambulation and hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and attend to the personal care of Service Users.
• Assist with planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals.
• Support household duties such as washing and ironing.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always.
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.

Some of the job duties include:

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.

Previous care experience is greatly welcomed but training will be provided.
