Job summary

HRString is seeking a Care Support Worker to join our domiciliary care team in the United Kingdom. You will perform health-care tasks under supervision, assist with personal care, meals, and daily living activities for Service Users.

No formal experience is required as training is provided; however, previous care experience is welcomed. You must be located in the UK with a valid right to work. The role emphasizes compassionate, respectful care delivery in a community setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.
