Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a male support worker for its Trowbridge service. The role involves assisting residents to gain independence, supporting with personal care, and helping them access the community and enjoy activities, including evenings and weekends.

Shifts vary: early, late, sleeps with a sleep in payment, and long days. The package includes enhanced pay rates for evenings/weekends and benefits such as Wagestream and Blue Light Card, with 24/7 support lines.

Job description

Male Support Worker – Trowbridge - -£12.84 up to £14.34 with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements (Ts & Cs apply)

Typical Shifts are:

• Early Shifts – 07:00am – 15:00pm
• Late Shifts – 15:00pm – 22:00pm
• Sleeps – 22:00pm – 07:00am - (sleep in's £40 per sleep)
• Long Days – 07:00am – 22:00pm

Our supported living service in Trowbridge is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same!
