Seeking Support Workers in Banbury - working across two homes, next door to each other, with people with disabilities who have a range of needs
We are looking for proactive, engaging, and caring people to join a close-knit support team in Banbury, supporting some wonderful people across two homes, to live their best lives – the lives they choose to live.
The people you will be supporting are aged in their 30s to 70s – each person has learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and some complex health needs.
Every day will be different and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives. Each person has their own interests, ambitions, and goals – they need you to help them realize them. You will also support with daily living skills, medication, personal care, and mobility assistance, as required.
