We’re hiring a Female Bank Support Worker in Banbury, Oxfordshire

Do you enjoy a variety of activities including swimming, bike riding, gardening, watching movies, and socialising?

Are you looking for a second job or to make some extra income?

Being a bank support worker offers flexibility and access to shifts that suit you; you could work occasionally, during term times or holidays, evenings, or weekends.

Experience is not essential as we provide full training. All you need is a willingness to learn, flexibility, a can-do attitude, and a desire to help someone live a full life!

The support we provide is tailored to each person’s values, preferences, and needs, which could include developing daily living skills, accessing the community, personal care, and medication management. No day is ever the same.

PLEASE NOTE

• We are NOT offering sponsorship licenses and cannot consider these candidates.

Sleep-ins are paid at an additional £60 (basic salary £12.21 per hour).

Full training to gain the nationally recognised Care Certificate.

The time taken to complete training is paid.

We cover the cost of DBS checks.

Rota planning is done in advance.

Successfully recommending a friend to join us will earn you a thank-you payment.
