Job summary

Colten Care is seeking a Care & Support Worker for our Dove House service in Doveridge, near Uttoxeter. The role involves assisting adults with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours, supporting independence in daily living.

Pay rate is £10.10 per hour with flexible hours, including full-time and part-time permanent contracts with guaranteed hours. Training, induction, DBS checks and qualifications are provided, with enhanced pay for evenings, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Help the people we support to develop their independence in all aspects of everyday life
• Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and participation in hobbies & activities
• Be out and about, enjoying life together with the people we support
