Job summary

Right Match Recruitment Group in Aldershot is seeking an experienced and forward thinking Support Worker to join a well established care company. This is a full-time, permanent position with a role that offers varied responsibilities and clear progression opportunities.

You will participate in day-to-day support plans, maintain confidential notes, communicate with service users and families, and work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards one.
• The ability to keep calm under pressure.
• The confidence to work alone or as part of a team.
