Driver with a full valid driving license and access to your own vehicle for business use is essential due to the nature of the role!

We are looking for Support Workers to support young adults with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviors in Addlestone. This involves working across three 24-hour homes and supporting individuals within their homes and community.

This role covers the Addlestone, Chertsey, and Woking areas. Staff must drive and have their own vehicle with business insurance.

No two days are the same, but your day might include:

• Supporting individuals in daily activities and community engagement
• Facilitating social activities and maintaining connections with family and friends
• Managing personal finances of those supported
• Keeping homes clean and shopping for essentials
• Providing and encouraging personal care
• Enjoying your work!

Experience in social care is not essential. We offer comprehensive, accredited, and award-winning training programs at no cost, including the Health and Social Care Diploma to support your career development.
