Job summary

Carinity Wishart Gardens is seeking enthusiastic Support Services team members to join the Residential Aged Care facility. Reporting to the Residential Aged Care Manager, you will assist in laundry, kitchen, and cleaning to support holistic resident care.

You will contribute to a warm, comfortable home environment, work across a 7-day roster, and bring strong teamwork and communication. Casual positions available; current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance required; Carinity supports development

Qualifications

• Team player with good communication and time management.
• Able to work across a 7-day roster in laundry, kitchen, and cleaning.
• Previous aged care experience advantageous.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.

About the role:

Carinity –WishartGardens has exciting opportunitiesfor enthusiastic SupportServices team members to join the team. Reporting to theResidential Aged Care Manager, the Support Services team provideintegral support to the laundry, kitchen, and cleaning serviceswithin the Aged Care facility. In this role, you will maintain anacceptable standard of living for residents in support of provisionof holistic care meeting their physical and environmentalneeds.

What do I need for the role?

• Team player with good communication skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively tomaintain steady progress and meet expectations
• Ability to work across a 7-day roster and different areas(laundry, kitchen, and cleaning)
• Previous experience in Aged Care/similar role isadvantageous
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
