About The Role

Your responsibilities as a Support Practitioner could include:

  1. Social Support: Assisting individuals to engage with their communities by planning and attending outings to leisure activities such as day centres, cinema, swimming, etc.
  2. Personal Care: Supporting individuals with their personal wellbeing, including assistance with bathing, dressing, arranging medical visits, and incontinence care.
  3. Practical Support: Helping maintain tenancy by encouraging household tasks like housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping.
