Job summary

Turning Point Scotland Turnaround services are hiring a Support Practitioner to help adults with diverse needs on a 1:1 basis or in small teams. The role involves practical and emotional support to promote independence and community participation.

We require a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Full-time, permanent contract, 37 hours per week, with extensive training and development offered.

Qualifications

• No previous working experience required; full training will be provided.
• Must have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with a wide range of needs on a 1:1 basis or with others in a team.
• Encourage personal outcomes in daily life such as safety, activities, community involvement, relationships, health and wellbeing.
