Job summary

Cornerstone in the United Kingdom is recruiting caring colleagues to support individuals with physical and learning disabilities across Irvine, Kilwinning, Saltcoats and Ardrossan. You’ll join friendly teams, help with daily routines, meals, activities and outings, and gain funded qualifications as you work.

No previous experience is required; we will train you, pay you, and support your progression. A driver’s license is helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Willing to learn and try new things.
• Confident using computers and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with physical and learning disabilities to live independently, including cooking and daily routines, arts, crafts, gardening and days out.
• Assist with daily activities and community participation.
• Join Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and work towards SVQ with training support.
