Turning Point Scotland is recruiting a Support Practitioner for our Angus service based in Montrose. The role offers full, part-time and relief hours with a permanent contract and a salary in the £25,878–£26,843 range.

The successful candidate will provide person-centred support to adults with complex needs, delivering practical and emotional help to enable independence and social inclusion within the community.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support to individuals with diverse needs.
• Encourage service users to achieve personal outcomes in daily life (safety, activities, health, relationships).
• Support 1:1 or in small teams; promote independence and community involvement.
