ARK Housing Association is recruiting a Support Practitioner for its Forres team in Scotland. The role offers a real living wage from day one being £13.45 per hour, increasing to £13.75 after probation, pro rata to hours worked.

The position emphasizes care for vulnerable people, accurate record-keeping on a tablet, and working as part of a supportive team. CVs are not considered; interviews are in person.

• Work with colleagues as part of an effective and efficient team to support vulnerable people.
• Communicate and work well with supported people to provide individual care and maintain relationships.
• Support individuals throughout activities, provide positive feedback and encouragement.
• Update and maintain accurate records using a tablet on Ark's Information Management system.
• All roles may involve personal care.
