The role offers 30 hours per week with a pro rata salary, starting at the Real Living Wage (£13.45 per hour) and increasing after probation to £13.75 per hour, with annual pay progression.

• Previous experience in care roles is advantageous but not required.
• Ark will provide full training for the role.
• Familiarity with person-centred support approaches is helpful.

• Maintain appropriate relationships and provide positive feedback.
• Update and maintain records using a tablet on Ark's IM system.
