Job summary

ARK Housing Association is recruiting a Support Practitioner for its Forres team in Scotland. The role offers a real living wage from day one being £13.45 per hour, increasing to £13.75 after probation, pro rata to hours worked.

The position emphasizes care for vulnerable people, accurate record-keeping on a tablet, and working as part of a supportive team. CVs are not considered; interviews are in person.

At Ark, all Support Practitioners are paid at least the Real Living Wage, currently £13.45 per hour (£27,350.04 pro rata).

After successfully completing your probation period, your hourly rate increases to £13.75 (£27,960.08 pro rata).
