Driver Only PositionsDue to the location of our services,
a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.No Experience? No Problem!We provide
full training through our award-winning Learning & Development team before you start. This includes:
- Classroom-based sessions
- E-learning modules
- Shadowing experienced Support Practitioners to gain hands-on experience
This ensures you feel confident and well-prepared in your new role.
Flexible Working Opportunities- Full-Time, Part-Time, and Bank Roles Available!
- You must be flexible, as shifts vary between early, back, late, and sleepovers.
About the RoleAs a Support Practitioner, Your Responsibilities May Include:- Social Support - Helping individuals engage with their communities by planning and attending outings such as day centres, cinema, swimming, and other leisure activities.
- Medical Support - Administering and monitoring medication.
- Personal Care - Supporting wellbeing by assisting with bathing, dressing, incontinence care, and arranging healthcare appointments.
- Practical Support - Encouraging daily household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping to help individuals maintain their tenancy.
