Partners For Inclusion in Scotland is recruiting a support worker to assist a man living in South Ayrshire with daily activities and community engagement. You will help him participate in outdoor activities, socialise with neighbours and maintain his routines in a person-centred approach.

The role requires patience, good listening and communication skills, a full UK driving licence, and willingness to work across evenings, weekends and sleepovers as part of a rota.

Qualificações

• Experience of supporting people with a learning disability.
• Understanding and/or experience of Autism.
• SVQ Level 3 in Social Care (or willingness to work towards this).

Responsabilidades

• Support individuals with learning disabilities in daily activities.
• Assist with social integration and community involvement.
• Commit to rota including evenings, weekends and sleepovers.
• Maintain safety and wellbeing, follow care boundaries.
