Job summary

Wingate Wealth Management is recruiting a Team Leader to manage 11 personnel across Support and Paraplanning teams. The role is office-based for the first six months, then hybrid (3 days in office/2 days home).

You will lead, train and support staff, ensuring high-quality client service, research and reporting, and adherence to processes. Experience in financial services and team leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a team within financial services.
• Ability to manage workload and prioritise in a client-facing environment.
• Willingness to study towards relevant financial planning qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Support and Paraplanning teams to deliver accurate, compliant client support.
• Be first point of contact for team queries and workflow issues.
• Provide technical research and report-writing support for Advisers.
• Support management of Wingate Portfolios and drive continuous improvement.
